If you bought a used OBDSTAR P50 standard version from somewhere else and was registered less than 3 months ago and you decide to cancel or transfer the account, we will handle the cancellation for FREE, email us for further instructions

 

***However, if the device has been registered for more than 3 months, you must purchase this to cancel the old account before it can be transferred to you

Once you register the device under your own OBDSTAR account, the system will automatically give you 1 full year of FREE software updates starting from their registration date

How It Works

 

1. Find Your Serial Number

You can find it on the back of your P50 or in the “User Info” section. It usually starts with “9014"

 

2. Complete Your Purchase

Add this renewal to your cart and check out. Be sure to include your serial number in the “Order Notes” box or send it to us after checkout

 

3. We’ll Activate It for You

Once we receive your serial number, we’ll process your renewal. Activation usually takes 1–2 business days, and you’ll get an email confirmation once it’s ready

3.Open the DP menu
